Clarice brings together skills drawn from 10 years experience as a chef and over 17 years as a UK and NZ Registered Dietitian. Founder of NZ Dietitians Gastroenterology Interest Group, she is widely regarded for her knowledge and work in dietary approaches for digestive health, gastrointestinal surgery, weight loss and weight loss surgery nutrition, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis and identifying and treating food intolerance. Clarice believes in greater health and wellbeing through practical and effective dietary and lifestyle advice.
Meg attended the University of Otago and has been a qualified Dietitian since 2002. She has worked with people having weight loss surgery since 2008. Prior to this she worked in clinical research. Most recently this involved research into medications for Type 2 Diabetes and lipid disorders. She is passionate about helping people to maintain good nutrition and enjoy their new style of eating after weight loss surgery.
